Minecraft pre-brewing (before 1.12), where potions could only be obtained by hacking inventories or worlds to contain numeral IDs of the item - working potions - poison, speed, haste, levitation.
DISCLAIMER: in bedrock edition, all of these potions, ALL of them, do exist, but only in the files of minecraft. potion of levitation in all versions after 1.19, can be obtained by a splash potion of leaping.

Minecraft - all potion version's working potions
Minecraft 1.21 - working potions - Fire resistance, poison, weakness, regen, night vision, leaping, slow falling, swiftness/speed, the turtle master, water breathing, wind charged, infested, weaving.
Minecraft BE only - Wither
Minecraft 1.16 - working potions - poison, weakness, leaping, speed, levitation (CREATIVE ONLY), hunger, haste.
Minecraft 1.12 - working potions - hunger, confusion, haste, absorption, saturation, wither, poison, speed.
